New desk

This is our old desk. John had it when I met him, and although it's old and chipped, buying a new one wasn't on our priority list. John couldn't even really fit underneath it, so it wasn't good for his posture at all!


Some of our friends from John's squadron were moving, and getting rid of a few things. We got this Ikea desk from them. It's color is espresso, so it matches the bookshelf (from Ikea) we already have in there.


The space underneath is a lot wider, so John fits, and it has more storage space. I love when God blesses us with things we don't necessarily need desperately, but things that we desire! Especially when they're free!
